Mark Kaiman

Mark Kaiman is the Founder/CEO at Nighteagle Security LLC, with over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, Security Operations, Bug Bounties, Cybersecurity Training and Awareness, and Incident Response. 
He has worked in several rolls across multiple industries, before entering cybersecurity, including retail, physical security, manufacturing, healthcare, and transportation/logistics. He founded Nighteagle Security LLC with the mission to make cybersecurity advisory services available to everyone. A recognized expert in the field, Mark has contributed to the securing of critical infrastructure by being a dedicated member of the FBI’s InfraGard Program and is dedicated to the safety and security of everyone through partnerships with State and Local Fusion Centers. He regularly speaks at industry events and contributes to cybersecurity thought leadership by teaching, academic advisory boards, blogs, and social media postings. At this conference, Mark will share insights on cybersecurity awareness training, covering how current awareness and training models do not provide effective training. His talk will explore more effective training models that increase a person’s engagement with the material, providing practical strategies and real-world examples.
